ภาระงาน/หน้าที่	:	Chef to cook Thai food needed to work in a luxury villa in Thalang, Phuket. The villa is used as a school to teach Thai and international students about working on a yacht. We need a chef to be creating lunch and dinners. A small part of the role will be teaching our students some basic cooking skills. The Chef will be cooking for 10 students and 4 staff. Chef needs the following skills: Thai Nationallity, Female only, Base in Phuket. Must speak a good level of English. Must be on-time, reliable and able to work alone. Be able to prepare and cook Thai cuisine. Some Western cuising is also needed. Must be able to keep kitchen clean and tidy at all times. Have an organized work approach. Able to make a 2 week menu. Create stock inventory. Plan and purchase food/stock in an organized manor. Be able to explain and train our students how to make some basic dish's
